Will you require internal access to the house?


Unless your solar inverter is inside your home/garage or we are there to clean the windows internally of the house, there is no reason we need to gain internal access to the house.




Do I need to be present for the cleaning?


We understand that with so many of us working fulltime, you can not always be present when we conduct the cleaning. Therefore we make a point of taking before and after pictures so you can see for yourself the difference and the work that has been conducted. These pictures can be emailed or text throught to yourself.




Will the chemicals, if used, harm my surrounding garden beds or vegetation?


Here at Solar Gleam Gutter Clean we pride ourselves on the use of safe environmental practices when it comes to the use of chemicals and their environmental impacts. We will take whatever steps are nessecary to complete the job with minimal or if possible zero impact to plants, gardens and vegetation around your house.




How safe is your cleaning practices for Solar Panels?


Solar Panels are a hard earned investment and we take the time to ensure we clean them professionally, safely and effectively, ensuring they produce their maximum efffeciency possible. We use a combination of de-ionised water and soft brush techniques when it comes to cleaning your solar panels. We will provide you with a report on your Solar PV system which includes any panel or frame damage, shading and prodution concerns, and any pest damage from birds or small animals!




How do I pay when the job is complete?


We work off an invoice system, whereby you will recieve an invoice for the work conducted on the day. Preferred payement method is Direct bank deposit/transfer (details provided on invoice). Cash and Cheque also accepted.

Payments Accepted

Once the work is complete you will receive an invoice containing the payment methods we have available.

We prefer to deal in "contactless payments" where possible. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that events, accidents and weather conditions happen that may change the day, date and time we have scheduled your cleaning. In such event where you wish to cancel your cleaning, we ask that you provide us notice within 48 hours of the date the job would have been conducted. In the event of us having to cancel due to poor weather or otherwise we will always endeavor to give you at least 24 hours notice if not more, depending on the situation and reason for cancelling. 

Satisfaction Guarantee

We pride ourselves on a high level of professional cleaning services. If, for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the work conducted, we will take the needed steps to rectify this issue. At the end of the day, there is to be a level of expectation by both parties, and we will do all that we can, within reason, to ensure this level is met!
